I’ve been doing your workouts since the beginning of August. We are around the same age and as I get closer and closer to 40, I want to feel stronger in my body. I for sure feel stronger, but it has also helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously. Thanks so much. It really helps to have varying lengths of workouts. I have 3 boys and some days I only have 15 extra minutes after walking the dog.

I LOVED this workout with a resistance band. I will definitely do this often. A suggestion would be to give a bit more time after giving instruction because the band takes a bit more to prep and adjust. I hope we have more of these in the future!! ❤

This really is a gentle workout, but don't be fooled by the name 😅 I can feel every muscle of my body, now that I've completed the workout 😂 Also, I enjoy the calm music very much. Perfect to gently wake up in the morning, or to wind down in the evening. Very versatile. Thank you ❤

Absolutely loved this one. Instead of rest I chose to try this & I feel fantastic. One could also add wrist and or ankle weights if they wanted a more intense workout. I do hope you'll do more videos like this. My new favorite gentle lazy day work out. 💜💜💜

@rachelsfitpilates I've been doing your workouts since April of this year. I have Lupus, fibro, & RA & have had 3 spine surgeries. I'm 45 & growing up I was a dancer, cheerleader & softball player. My point I was always active. When I was diagnosed over 20 years ago & started having chronic pain & other problems I found I couldn't continue my workouts & be as active. I've tried so many different workout routines & my body could never handle any of it. Then I found u. You have changed my life, for the better, in so many ways. Mentally & physically. I started with your beginner 30 day wall pilates challenge & I've not looked back, never missing a day. My confidence has skyrocketed. My mental health has improved tremendously. My chronic pain has decreased in intensity. My daily life is a lot more sunnier. My husband can see a huge improvement & now he's even doing them with me. @@rachelsfitpilates forearm positions work fine but then for some moves I feel my back won't be like a table top as seen in the videos. I feel no pain though on forearm. I was actually doing your other video where we were on all fours and then lifted our knees (not sure of what the position is called) that's what hurt my wrist. I know I should have waited to build the strength as this is my first time in my life practicing pilates, but I got so excited and wanted to be perfect .. lol.. Also if I clench my palms instead of keeping it open on the floor, I don't feel pain but am scared balancing my whole weight on my palms at the moment isn't right. So I should substitute those type of moves with being on my forearm instead?

Hi 👋 ...... I'm no instructor, but i sometimes get wrist pain or lower back pain, i find foam blocks can help lift your arms off the ground and take some pressure off 🤷🏻♀️ might help you, keep it up tho you'll get stronger ❤ @zeinabmansaray9726
