Great video! I am returning to exercise after some quite serious health problems but this was the right mix of both manageable and challenging. I also really like the way there is proper time to show us the form of the exercise before going into it so we can prepare and hopefully keep exercising injury free! Thank you!

I love the variety Rachel puts into her workouts, she puts so many different kinds of workouts together that you get full body, low impact, improved flexibility and weight loss. I started her workouts this past spring, I mix in some yoga, and I've lost 15 pounds and feel so much better. All the reasons why she has so many subscribers.....thanks Rachel.

Realy enjoy this workout 26 weeks pregnant and definitely just what I needed though I did think there could have been 5 more minutes of legs and bum exercise for the thought definitely a thumbs up

@@miriammartinez5481 hi 👋 Rachel provides a workout calendar for various challenges which I receive by email - it’s so helpful as you literally just click on the day and it takes you straight to the workout. I had the same problem initially searching, wasting time and not sure if I’d found the right one or what I’d done the previous day ! If you comment on here which challenge you want to do I’m sure Rachel will send you the calendar, (if she hasn’t already) - she is brilliant at reading all the comments, being supportive and making it easy which is why I’ve continued do8ngvhe4 workouts daily for 6 months 🥰 good luck xxx

Loved this workout. I modified one exercise to tabletop crunches since I can not extend by leg without my right hip flexor screaming at me. I’m 65 yo and been following you for 15 months. Down 52 lbs and my flexible better then I’ve been in years. TY RACHEL.

I just found your channel and you truly inspire me to strenghten my body again! I have psoriatic arthritis and I'm having trouble finding a workout routine that doesn't affect my back or cause more hip pain. Pilates seems good since I don't have to use weights, but I have to start slow and work my way up. Any recommendations for me? Maybe you can recommend certain videos of yours? My muscles and joints flare up if I do too much😮💨 I would really appreciate any advice🥰 Love from Sweden💕
