Are they considered premium builders? I see lots of bad reviews for online, construction quality high prices

Yes Grand Homes are considered a premium builder. At the end of the day all of the builders pull from the same talent pool in a specific area. It’s how they manage that. The only review you should be looking at is the review that people take after they build a Grand Home. Reviews.aliant.com. Anywhere else is people who had a complaint and just want to rip the company apart. You can put in any builder and you will see the same outcome. Hope this helps. And I don’t work for Grand Homes.
