@@lifeindallasfortworth Looking at all this overvalued real estate, with inventory so high, and days on the market increasing…not to mention exorbitant property taxes…I think it will make more sense for us to hold onto our house in SoCal, rent it out, and find a nice little house in McKinney to rent until prices inevitably drop.

​@justicegusting2476 prices in dfw or in Texas are going up due to people moving from West Coast and paying cash. In reality this market will collapse and lot of people will loose their money.
