Hi Nami, and hello to all her subscribers 😊 I hope everyone is having a beautiful holiday season ❤ Nami, I recently got better from a horrible sickness, down for 2 months. I had lost close to 20 pounds over that time. As of today I’ve gained every pound back and then some. What’s crazy is I think by just me looking at food I put on half a pound, if I look twice, the other half…lol Anyway, I wrote down several months ago a few of your healthy soup recipes. Nami, I’m gonna make them again, eat more foods like this. You generally have plenty of veggies and other good stuff so it’s a win win all the way around…Thank you SO SO MUCH for the delicious foods you share here on your channel.
