I can totally relate to the thumbnail. I had the exact same thing for more than 2 months in the exact same place. I didn't pay much attention to it initially but it started growing sometimes big sometimes small. Even thought it was painless I showed it to general doctor and he suggested me to a surgeon. Later I found that it had to be operated or surgically removed and I removed it within a week. Thankfully it's gone now but had I been late to show it to doc it would have turned into something much worse. The doc told me that people often mistake these sings for stomach indigestion. If it pains it is probably due to indigestion but if it's painless and for over a month one should consult doc immediately. Hope it was helpful.

Kumar Yash Srivastava if you have mouth ulcers it can caused by accidental bite, mouth injury or if you use hard brush. or if a person have lack of essential vitamins or you use a lot of acidic foods. hydrate your body by drinking a lot of water to prevent mouth ulcers.

I get ulcers every 2-3 months... all in my mouth, no brush or injury issue,and i drink a lot of water too... will have to look for the vitamin deficiency you mentioned... thanks a lot for your sugesstion 😊
