I found a cool minor detail I don't think you noticed in batman Arkham Knight! In the beginning of the game when you do a video call it's black and white until you fix the radio towers, and then they are in color!

I got a few east eggs I found in Another Crab's treasure 1. for overused video game easter egg there is a bonfire with swords surrounding it found in the sands between near the secluded grove moon shell (you also get an outfit there) 2. spongebob's house is fund near the edge of the map by the chains in sands between where you can get a google eye 3. Kril actually has a beating heart if you clip the camera inside him you can see it 4. I'm not positive but also near the edge of the map you can find a bunch of crabs dancing which might be a reference to the raving crab meme though not positive

So fun fact about Sargent Johnson and the elite jugging it out, in the OG combat evolve, the elite does the butt grab. Which is a bit hilarious for some reason.

The Serious Sam one may also initially be an easter egg to the STALKER games. In there campsites of stalkers are commonly found with guitars being played which songs sound similar to what was played by the player character. The STALKER games are based off of the book "Roadside Picnic", the name of that level.

4th wall breaks in games are always amazing. my favourite one I still remember is in jax 3, where in the opening someone says to him "this isnt a game" to which he and daxter look towards the camera and do a huh expression edit: had to look it up, couldn't remember the exact details

For the Naruto handsign one, I did some research The first handsign isn't even a thing, but if you do it with fingers pointing down, then it's the "boar/pig" sign. Then it's the "dog" sign, then "bird/rooster", then "monkey", then "ram", then out comes the fire style justu. With a bit more research, I found that it's this jutsu Absolutely none. All fire ones start with "rat" or "snake", not with an upside down "boar/pig", so it wasn't meant to be one in particular from the Naruto franchise, even a new fire style

That Wreckfest easteregg with the cow no longer works btw. You will instantly respawn back into the racetrack. The cow can still be seen with gun in the fields, but you can only view it from the racetrack and need photo mode to zoom in from a distance. Also that car is not part of the main game, its a DLC.

Why does everyone seem to take Halo so seriously? From every clip I've seen of it it looks like somewhat of a goofy, parodic game of the usual Sci-Fi shooters.

If you play through the trilogy you'll come to understand. It has its own sense of humor, which ramps up when you play Legendary. (The assumption being at the time you'd have beaten the game already so it's a bit of a reward. See also the effects of the skulls, which are only found on Legendary). But the game does a good job of making sure the characters and the story being told are played straight. Because everyone within the story adds to the stakes in a believable way, it feels a lot more grounded. People make clips of things like rare dialogue lines (even ones from test recordings that were cut), easter eggs which aren't part of the story, unique skull effects interacting in weird ways (Grunt Birthday Party, Grunt Funeral, and Sputnik come to mind), and community stuff like Red vs. Blue which is its own property, and itself a parody, but has little to do with Halo at all. In short the internet's made a serious game with light hearted moments look like a goofy parody game.

Not sure if you covered this hidden detail/easter egg yet. In Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty dlc. When you get the museum while helping the president, you can find a computer you can access that has a message called Re: EXPO CANCELLED that contains a conversation between employees Biggs, Wedge, and Joyce. Which are almost identical to the FF7 characters at the beginning of the game (Jessie being renamed to Joyce). I just thought it was a neat find you might like
