Seeing Payday 2 here reminded me of another movie easter egg, when you put on a mask for the first time, you get an achievement called "No one cared who I was..." and it's description is "...until I put on the mask", which is one of Bane's quotes from Nolan's Dark Knight

Ghost was probably one of my favorites because of how unique it was. Instead of having zombies like usual, it instead had an alien version, with an actual ending. The multiplayer was good, but the extinction game mode had me entertained for a long time

Cool fact for ghost fans: hulu has game trailers and if you go to cod ghosts, there is a trailer where you play as hesh instead of logan and you get to see logan's face. I'm also pretty sure your already ghosts at that point meaning that you were originally a ghost in the beginning of the game. The trailer is on the campaign map No Man's Land and from what I remember, logan tells you to put on your mask and the trailer ends there (from what I remember). So, if you have hulu you should totally check it out. I don't have hulu anymore so if it's not there anymore, you can't find it anywhere else of my knowledge.

During the mission I Got A Job For You in Days Gone, Rikki mentions how she grew up in a small town outside of Oregon. During her story she mentions the city of Willamette being overrun during the start of the outbreak. Maybe a nod to Dead Rising?

I am honestly surprised you never mention one resident evil game, considering that series has a veritable treasure trove of easter eggs of all kinds. Like one of Leon's extra weapons in RE4 being called the Matilda, redrum being on the wall of one room in the RPD in OG RE2, Jack saying 'groovy' during the chainsaw fight AND the Dinner scene in RE7 being a straight reference to Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Jill's extra costume that references T2 in REmake, etc.

No. It's a DeLorean from the end of Back To The Future where doc goes to the future and when he comes back, its fuel is organic waste (indicated by the garbage bins at the back) and it can fly.

Left 4 Dead 2's The Passing campaign has a great reference to Zack Snyder's Dawn of the Dead remake from 04. I forget what it says exactly, but it basically references the bit where the one girl pretty much gets a bunch of people killed by going after the dog they put a utility vest on with food in it and sent to the gun shop owner Andy.

In dead island (The original, not remastered), there's a location where you can find a guy with a chainsaw and a killer mask that looks like Jason's Mask! He lives in a little hut while there's a bunch of zombies around him.

The facehugger is a reference to the scene after it lets go of Kane in the infirmary and climbs up above to die and then subsequently the carcass dropped on Ripley.

There’s also several masks in PAYDAY 2 that are Easter Eggs. There’s 3 pairs of sunglasses from a DLC called the Reservoir Dogs Pack. There’s also 2 masks and a pair of sunglasses which are references to the movie HEAT. The masks being called Hockey Mask, Hockey Heat, and the sunglasses simply being called Heat. It should be noted that the Heat sunglasses are an infamous item. Another movie reference locked behind infamy levels is the Guy Faux mask. More commonly know as the Anonymous mask, which it is titled in the game. The mask is worn by the main character V in the movie V for Vendetta. However the mask is more likely a reference to the hacker group which goes by the name Anonymous.

My favourite movie reference in Cyberpunk 2077 is the Lt. Mower Cyber-psycho sighting. Because the location is designed to look like the iconic waterway fight scene in Ghost in the Shell and that the character is heavily inspired by and based on Major Motoko Kusanagi. The name Lt. Mower is probably a pun on the military rank of Lieutenant Major.

A great one would be the predator from ghost recon wildlands. There's a quest line that let's you find and battle the predator. It's a fairly difficult fight and rewards with your very own predator mask at the end. My favorite video game crossover/reference ever.
