@@ibrubberneckn The theory is the killers stuffed her in that suitcase to get her out of the house but she woke up from being tazed and all hell broke loose. It was by the window because that's how they were trying to get out. The family was cleared by DNA fairly quickly but the cops made such a big deal about it being them and botched the investigation. They kept it secret for a long time. The family is innocent, the police department has probably ruined any chance at ever finding out who did this. They had and ignored so much evidence back then.

Never understand why they didnt bring a dog to track a scent they would have found JB right away not 6 hours later an maybe track a scent to a suspect neighbor door or car. After arriving 1st cop was clueless house was a crime scene several cops in an out all day mingle with family an friends an no one opens a small seperate basement room door that had a swivel board at top where JB laid dead. Forensics mixed sn ruined. Why didnt boulder test hairs found on JB mysny believe they were tied to a dog of Helgoth an Wolf.... detectives were to soft on 2 biggest duspects who had bad financial debt which align with the ransom kidnap plot had keys to house knew everything they needed to pull this off. Once the tabloids started the joke patsy wrote ransom letter boulder put there efforts of suspicion on the family. Stop an think for a second.....Does anyone know anyone who would incriminate themselves by using husbands bonus amount an movie quotes from posters in her basement.... I dont know anyone though a big majority clearly believe thats what patsy did. With Former Boulder detective Thomas an CBS was sued an lost pushing the family cover up night with 0 facts to back it up and knowing s big majority believe a Long ransom letter cover up night by John an Patsy they gonna let this case sit. I totally completely believe that. No way boulder wants the embarrassed truth of an intruder who murdered JB.. 2 huge mistakes they made that morning they want that to go away.

The following are my thoughts only and not based on anyone else’s ideas. I lived in Denver when JonBenet was killed and I have followed the case from that day forward. It is so frustrating to me because I had theories back then about who did it and I still have the same theories today about who did it and why everything LE knew and knows has been kept hush-hush and delayed for decades. I hope when they finally prove who did it I can say I told you so!! I don’t know the individual’s name but my theory is based on how he fit in with the family and why everything has been kept quiet. I believe LE has known for decades what group of people this individual comes from. I shared my theories with John’s son, John Andrew Ramsey a few years ago. Unfortunately, I believe the individual has died so now the truth will be revealed and the person will be named.

I am the last person to stick up for the Boulder Police Dept. but I do know that familial DNA testing does take time. There must be dna left behind no doubt. Dna will nowadays always always lead to the killer. I built my ancestry dna family tree on ancestry website. I have it public accessible so others can check it out. When you do your dna test you are going to have well over 10,000 matches. Now most of those matches will be from the 3rd to 8th cousin. So very distant. But the more names you add to the tree those branches can lead to a branch that may just lead to the family connection the police are looking for. My sister is like, "oh I'll never take a dna test" I tell her , "well I did so basically part of your dna and whatever family lines you create will be traceable" that's how it works.

As Long As You Ignore All Of The Evidence Pointing Towards This Being An Intruder
@Lukas583
@Lukas583 5 ай бұрын
@@onesolvedmystery2274 There’s no evidence of an intruder tho. What are the odds someone breaks in, commits murder and assault without waking anyone or leaving any forensic evidence, supposedly uses a taser without causing JonBenét to scream, and crawls through a window without disturbing spider webs? Plus, why would such a killer wrap her in a sheet and redress her? They also left a 3-page ransom note, unprecedented in FBI history, in Patsy’s tone and handwriting, on her notepad. This scenario suggests an improbable intruder, while there’s more evidence pointing to a cover-up.

Poor little Jonbenet went through hell that night, if possible, it was made worse it being Christmas. Its their lack of response to that which can't understand. If you see her last photo too, taken at the party she doesn't look right, but I don't know how? I do believe more and more, John was involved in or aware of filming going on of Jonbenet that night that had gone drastically wrong. I'm not sure at first if he knew she was dead. Its said he went out that morning for about an hour, and came back quite agitated and stressed. That's when Linda Arndt suggested he and Fleet do another check of the house, and he went to the basement because he had been told that's where she was. Over 100 videos of children were removed from the house, which John had brought back from Amsterdam business trips.
