gotta say, great work! also those kyosho spring loaded body mounts r awesome too, mine has them also. But I will tell you that in a flip they cannot take much damage. Thats the issue! Love the video! Gonna go watch some retro gaming tech now.... ttyl!!

how you cleaned the engine, did you paint it? Looks so great!

Hey mate, For cleaning the nitro engines I use methylated spirits on a cotton bud, this works well but sometimes takes a while to get the really old varnished nitro off, but I find this is the safest method and the least aggressive, Thank you very much!

Epic video…This video has made me kind of sentimental because exactly this chassis ,the Kyosho Spider MK1 ,was literally my starting point to a never ending love story between nitro rc“s and me…🥰 Back in days on the memorial date 22.09.1999 I had bought exactly this chassis at second hand conditions and I still remember that I was feeling like the happiest boy of the entire world…Since them I never get away from the nitro passion..Yeah,I own on the present day some electrics and also 2Stroke Gas bigscalers ,sure…However nothing let me feel more excited as the moment in that I fire up a nitro, it is clearly the most addictive emotion that you can get…No matter if it’s a car or even a nitro Boat,It is for me everytime like if you fire up happiness directly into your heart…Probably I“m simply crazy freaking addicted on nitros ,Anyway ,for me there have some kind of magic👌 Thanks for this freakening awesome upload ,I“ve enjoyed very much👍👍👍👍👍

I love your story, I feel that emotion too when I fire up these older Tamiya's & Kyosho's specifically they have something so special about them, from the vintage sounds to the difference in power output to modern engines. Yeah,now we are Savage XL bro“s,awesome✌️ I have the last version of the XL V1 with the orange anodized parts which was still delivered with the K5.9 engine,so the 2014 version .Because I had disassemble it in order to make a fully rebuild it will take some time till it“s finished ,my goal is that the Savage in the end looks as nearly brand new lol, I love to see well rebuilded rc“s no matter how much work it takes 😅 Brayden ,I wish your family and you also a Merry christmas !!! @voneboy hi voneboy! yes i think ist is caled Kyosho Spider but is this with exaust back to front and two gear not the MKII ? i have the same chassi bit exaust is on the back (better to build a more real exaust) and only one fixed gerar? do you know what Modul that gear has? to get a new tothwheel on the engine greetings Stefan
