I watched last night and was reminded how I completely forgot how the voltage and current is changed with the digital systems power supplies. I didn't think about how a square wave can be transformed and have seen in the past... though really stuck this time for the high power designs as well. Guessing from waht I understand, the torroid or high magnetic permeability material core is designed for the frequency of switching... maybe a midpoint if there is adjustment. Then the typical winding ratios for the desired midpoint of output voltage(s) and current(s). Then that alternating current square wave is rectified so to be a DC output. I'm new to the high frequency transformers in general, so is neat to have that learning moment. Thank you sir and kind regards, In Christ.

@@HaseebElectronics SirJi, my model do not have relay and NTC. Pls suggest me some fuse or circuit breaker for input protection from high voltage and subsequent hi amp draw. My unit inrush current is 48 amps.

Hi Haseeb, I have a single board jasic inverter with a problem. The output rectifier IGBTs all exploded so I replaced them and the machine now has 75v OCV (normal) but won't strike an arc (only very weak sparks), voltage seems to drop to around 50v when it sparks slightly. I've already blown up one set of IGBTs. The output tests ok as per this video. What should I try next? Many thanks.

I was wondering how to know wheater caps were dc. In the previous video u measured dc voltage across capacitor. I though caps in dc act as open circuit and ac it act normal. Ie charging and discharging phase

please check video number 305 for getting your detailed answer with practical or just multiply input ac voltage with 1.414 to calculate dc voltage on dc capacitors (after bridge rectification)

i am sharing the working concept, for example IGBT have to receive pulse and it have to switch if i go in deep details of every component, viewer complain to me for long videos. so i try to make it some short if you suggest, i will try to explain in more detail, i have no problem

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله very helpful and good work i want ask about my ingco igpt inverter welding machine ... damaged .. have more than one problem one of them 15p thermistance are 43 oh and after some secands become so hote ... and the relay never activated and the output is cant measured with my voltmeter and mark as high voltage!! how can the outpute become high votage at the time of more than 600v dc in my multimeter thank you baraka allahou fik

From d c supply you receive d c...so this is inductor or transformer...because transformer is for a c only....you receive dc from previous supply or card
