52:00 the true black pill for me is that I seem to have the food focus/obsession of a 7%BF guy while I am 16%BF haha it's truly a curse (and if I simply loosen up my diet for a week I can easily gain 5-10lbs of body mass that is retained even 1 week out upon a return to a 1000kcal/d deficit diet for that post-adlib week, so I am essentially a mega-easy gainer/obesogenic)

Symptoms: constant hunger, never satiated even when eating 200-500g of vegetables, 200-500g of fruit, 200-226g animal protein source, 800-1200mL water/tea/fluid per meal 4x per day, constant cravings, daydreaming about food, real dreams while sleeping about food (sleep disrupted too), teetering on the edge of a binge at any moment, something like plain wholegrain cereal (e.g. plain Cheerios) tastes like candy if you hazard a 39g serving (risk of binging an entire box of it too), etc., while a 6'1" tall 178lb male around 15-17%BF, TDEE approximately 2700-3000kcal, diet approximately 2000-2400kcal/d, still feels like I am a 8%BF "dieted" bodybuilder as a seemingly "normal" man weight lifting 4x per week, LISS cardio every day, nothing that intense.
