I LOVE that it has an entry way. I do not like homes where the front door opens directly into the living space. I don't know why that's a thing! The sliding door makes it absolutely fantastical!

Finally a sliding door for the foyer (the winter is coming 😀), might be a good idea to add one for the kitchen too. I would switch the laundry room with the second bathroom, I like to have natural ventilation in a bathroom.

It's a cute place. I like that you can close off the foyer to keep the heat in during winter. I'd install a woodstove in that fireplace, but that's the only change I can think of. This is a good plan!

The outside is very pretty & I like the floor plan, but I’d make all the cupboards go up to the ceiling to eliminate the dust-catcher area. 😊

I love the bathrooms and I love the plentiful upper cabinets in the kitchen. Having a porch fireplace is real nice as is the pocket door to the foyer. The only negative to me is the laundry room. Since it goes to an outside entrance, the space is basically a pass through. Laundry rooms generally have lots of clothes and baskets on the floor so it’s hard to maneuver through the space. Maybe if the outside door was not centered but as far to the wall opposite the washer, that would work. But then you lose the laundry tub?

The floor plan looks ok because I would do some changes. I would eliminate the sliding door from the foyer because it narrows the path. I would replace the patio with a 2 car garage.
