Probably one of my favorites as it's a nice updated version of a 1930's storybook cottage! I'm a big fan of a separate dining room which houses of that era always had and while this one is part of and entered through the kitchen, the cathedral ceiling and timber framing does a stunning job of setting it off as it's own room with lots of character. Great job on this! Grabbed a slice if that pizza on the way out. Hope you don't mind.

This house checks my boxes. It's an uncomplicated, well-presented plan, and the only thing I would change is the energy-wasteful fireplace. Although there's no pantry, the bedroom hall has closets, one of which could be for pantry items.

Looking at the projects shown here, it is easy to see that within a small area, all more or less successful layouts are similar to each other. The differences are not fundamental. And the smaller the area of the house, the fewer possible options.

One thing that is annoying is that you don't open all the doors. What's there? Storage, hot water heater, closets? Please open the doors.
