Too Expensive!!! I live on straight ssi in Tampa. I am a US Army vet and on Hud Vash. Rent for me is 1/2 OF land rent amount. I am a retired Realtor from Connecticut!!!

It is clean - but it is old low standard construction and not much value for $60,000. $600 lot rent in a low amenity park - and it’s likely to get the lot rent jacked up. Keep looking folks.

Needs new appliances in the kitchen. Not a bad trailer if that is all you can afford. Trailer Park looks run down and $600 a month is too expensive.

This place needs a whole lot of updating, that stove is from the early 1970s and the oven looks like the early 1980s.

It said $600.00 which isn't bad w/ your lawn mowed by someone else and included water/sewer and trash. On Social Security you only worry about electric/cable/wifi, insurance, food and a vehicle if you have one. Have it inspected and offer 50k, pay it off and w/ some 401 savings you're doing good. You have a spare bedroom for family who visit. I'm 60 and looking for something like this. I have 2400, 4 bed 3 bath on an acre and my 32 yr old daughter lives w/ me, owe 30k which I should just payoff because I have the money, sell for 300+k which offered and w/ 750k in 401/IRAs could be very comfortable. The only drawback is it's close to the beach and I'd prefer something on a river or lake to fish in my golden years.

WAY too expensive for an older mobile home! it is cute, but not worth it! I got my ''stick house' for way less than that, and it's bigger!!
