Just got on Chronicles 3 rn and I’m amazed cause God literally through the Holy Spirit wrote these genealogy of all these people😂😂😂😂 it amazes me his dedication. W god as always

Did you catch in 1 Chron. 2:13-15 that abishai, Joab and asahel were actually David’s nephews! It’s just interesting because we talked about them so much in 2 Samuel

I take my hat off to you for going through this content and doing the resources and pdfs. Truth be told, when I first read the Bible and Genesis started going into genealogy with hundreds of names, it was so overwhelming to me and I ended up stopping Genesis after Noah's sons got him drunk. I skipped ahead to Exodus and Exodus was great, Leviticus was pretty interesting with the laws and how they did sacrifices, Numbers I need to still finish, Deuteronomy is great, and I really enjoyed Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel and 2 Samuel. 1 Chronicles though...maybe when it goes back to talking about David again it will be interesting to read lol I will say that there are some occasional interesting pieces of information here and there in 1st chronicles. I didn't know that Judah's wife Shua was a Canaanite and their son Er was apparently so evil when he was born that The Lord slew him.
