नमस्कार आपला व्हिडिओ छान आहे सर्व माहिती आपण मोकळेपणाने दिलेली आहे. परंतु आपल्या व्हिडिओमध्ये प्लेबॅक म्युझिक चा आवाज खूप मोठा येत आहे त्यामुळे ओनर चे बोलणे नीटपणे ऐकता येत नाही शक्य असेल तर व्हिडिओ एडिट करावा ही विनंती .

Painting karega thoda time thik rahega. Pehla baarish painting k baad full rainy season me seepage dikhna shuru ho jaayega phir colour bhi kharab ho jaayega. Doosre baarish ke full season baad sab wapas kharab ho jaayega.Aisa isliye kyonki problem structure me hai. Building wapas poora todkar banayenge to hi long lasting rahega. Area 4000 sq.feet bolta hai par iska land documents , 7/12 sab check karna padega. Wapas todkar sahi dhang se banane me with compound wall, gate, security and construction say 2000 sq.feet carpet lagbhag Rs. 40 se Rs. 45 lakh roughly ho jayega. Plus ye jo maang raha hai say Rs.40 lakhs milkar Rs.90 lakhs above padh jayega which is very costly. No society is formed so far, outside area koi clean nahi karta. Entrance to the complex , legality, care taker hai ya nahi, nearby necessity shops , hospitals ya transportation hai ya nahi ye sab important baat hai. Existing level of water supply, supply regularity, electricity during night, street lights outside the complex, internal roads and street lights within complex, power supply and electricity, load shedding sab dekhe bina one cant conclude or talk about the price whether its justified or not. All in all lot of work to be done in the premises, infrastructure and the house itself. 😠🥶🥴 Fakt saman gyaycha aani rahayla suru karaycha. Pagal hai kya ? Agar itna accha hai to ye broker khud kyon nahi leta isko ? Aur accha price me mil jayega . Ye sab just bolne ki baat hai, marketing baki kuch nahi. Infrastructure thik se develop nahi hoga to lene k baad wapa resale nahi ho paayega 😢😮😂 Background music volume jaan boojkar langur ne badhaya taki kisiki kuch nahi pata chale.😳😃

Why this music very loud, kuch sunayi nahi de raha. Ver nice property but seepage is seen so only painting is not enough, waterproofing plaster is needed, best wishes to buyers.
