I bought these because I needed a cheap pair to take on a trip ... I didn't want to lose my good ones.... I fully expected to lose these somewhere along the way. I picked these up at Below 5 for $8.00. I wasn't expecting great sound but I expected them to work. The left one works most of the time, the right one (even freshly charged) flashes in and out at a quick pace but not a timed pace. It acts like it's just not staying connected. The right earbud is just trash.

I'm just surprised these are actually good, when in 2018-19 $5-10$ wireless earbuds were so bad

Yeah. Low Battery life, poor fit and especially w some of those very cheap stemmed earbuds at the time. Went through some apple airpod knockoffs and some no stem earbuds. The discount store stuff and a couple prime day "steals" that turned out to be bad deals. Since sept 2022, I've been primarily using Raycons entry level earbuds (I like them) as well as some lenovo buds off temu for different use cases(workouts/pairing to the firestick). Those 8 to 12 dollar lenovos are easily better than the buds I had back in 2019/19 lol
