It IS beautiful! The closest beach is less than 3 miles, probably a 10-15 minute bike ride. You'll get to experience the most pristine beach in the Riviera Maya, called Xcacel.

I wonder the same, the road from the highway 307 is actually getting paved now, and I think that was a bit of a turn-off for some people considering the neighborhood. Let's see how it goes now that we will have a paved road! For now, it's an opportunity still
