The Casita adds a nice touch to the property. This could be used as an additional Airbnb room or extra room for family and friends visiting. I really find the entertainment space above the home to be very inviting. It affords a person to be able to escape and entertain while remaining connected to the family compound. I’m finding more and more sellers are including a furnished option. This is very lucrative and valuable. All of this for $850K is worth it, in my opinion. Btw, the intro soliloquy is beautifully narrated.

The intro gave me goosebumps, Daniel! This villa is absolutely exceptional, and the Chukum material is one of my favorites-not just for its stunning aesthetic but also for its sustainability and water resistance. You do an incredible job at providing a fully immersive experience. At 850k and fully furnished, it seems like a fantastic opportunity-I wouldn't expect it to be available for long!
