Frodo : I can’t do this, Sam. Sam : I know. It’s all wrong By rights we shouldn’t even be here. But we are. It’s like in the great stories Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were, and sometimes you didn’t want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy. How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad happened. But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something. Even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t. Because they were holding on to something. Frodo : What are we holding on to, Sam? Sam : That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for.

@dhn25494 жыл бұрын
@@lifeisbutadreamm Pamela Mertz Music is healing for the soul. It's why people say to be careful what you listen to. Great music can heal, bad... can cause chaos and disorder. Hear me out: Classical music can literally heal your energy. It can motivate you to get things done or to sit and ponder, to cry and be with yourself. Think about it, why do you feel like crying when you hear beautiful music like 2CELLOS? Well, every day we go through good/bad situations, the ebb and flow, ups and downs. Someone calls you a bad name, you get in a car accident, you break up with someone, etc.. any situation good or bad. When things like that happen it disturbs your energy, kind of like what happens when a beautiful song is being played on the piano and a child runs up and starts pushing random keys. Things happen that upset you and you carry the weight of that with you until you release it, let it go and forgive/forget. Sometimes... things are impossible to forget. This music and other kinds of music like it helps to release those burdens. It helps you to "brush your shoulders off". In effect, it heals you. It helps to center you and balances the energy within you through the vibrational frequency/sound. Music brings to the surface things buried deep in your subconcious. These things rise to the surface in the form of tears, laughter, sorrow and basically - emotion. Music is powerful!! Have an awesome day! =)

Just to say, I get the same feeling every time I read it... The great Peter Jackson captured Prof. Tolkien's vision so very well... ... but I'm a reader, and, at 65, I have been since I was 4 years old... so, no matter how much I love the films and the production and the music (which these noble guys nailed, btw), the theater of my mind, every time I dive into the Trilogy (every few years or so), I get something new out of it, and I've been reading it regularly since the early 70's... old romantic Jewish hippie, former soldier, but warrior for the light, born into the wrong century, or, if Stephen King's Dark Tower masterpiece, maybe the wrong path of the Beam...
@dianehappydaystudios95092 жыл бұрын
I know that feeling, Kristi. I get it, too. I felt it the first time I read The Hobbit and it’s never left me. The films created by Peter Jackson captured exactly what I saw in my mind as I read them all. I can watch them over and over again and still get that unexplainable feeling.

I forgot how wonderfully haunting return of the king is, and how fascinating it is that some songs you dont even need to remember when they were played or in what context, but just by virtue of their being in LOTR they're sad & brilliant... I need to read the books again. Tolkein did such a good job. I feel like he created a world that doesnt need words for it to be powerful. It doesnt need a plot, but it had one anyway. It just needed a series of songs and I've got all I ever needed to know...

This is amazing, I love the sound effects of the birds and the nazguls and the sound of the cellos, it really makes you feel like you are part of the world of J.R.R. Tolkien. Your cellos are incredible, it's the best sound I have heard from cellos, thank you

It's so beautiful it brought me to tears, not because I felt sad, I don't even know why. I think it is simply because it is beautiful and moving. Thank you!!!

As I listen to this once more, I felt my heart clench; I felt a want, a sense of longing for something that I could not quite tell. I mourned the sense of adventures, the loss of what could've been for this world. I mourned for a short while -- the moment so incredibly small that it might as well have never existed -- the loss of a chance in live in that world, to smell its scents and see the sights. I think I mourned for what I knew to be misplaced nostalgia. It doesn't matter though, for the world moves on. And so do I.

Awesomeness Await, we are a presence in this world. We are the catalyst from which dreams are made. We pass but once on this road. Be with this moment, this one sip of breath for it will never come again. We are born and we will die. Remember this lifetime tomorrow.
