I loved the way you pronounce the words. Its very calm and understandable. Your English is fluent. Became a fan of yours.. I would request you to make a tutorial on creating a standard model and dimensionally constrain it, so that for different dimensions the same can be edited without creating the drawing again. For example I am a manufacturer of table, ill create a table 2D drawing once filled with dimensions. For the new customer , I dont want to create the new table 2D drawing again, instead I need to update those dimensional values and get the output. Please help me in this case.

@SourceCAD #SourceCAD after the end of this drawing practice when tried to put measurements of this drawing then the measurements were a little bit different with minor errors my unit was inches in decimal. when I tried to put the measurement of offset of 3 units then that was not 3.00 units that were 3.0014 units and also the distance between the upper and lower side of offsets of 3 units was 16.0072. but in the given drawing the distance between these lines is given as 15.96. please tell me what should I do?

How to print a 20x60 plan or any lengthy plan Exactly to fit for paper
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
When you select the plot window (CTRl + P) simply check the box that mentions "fit to paper" this check box is slightly above the lower left corner of plot window.

SourceCAD but while I'm printing it it fits to corner of paper but not to middle of paper
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
For that make sure "center the plot" check box is also selected. You can find this check box in the lower left corner of plot window under plot offset panel.

i really find ur vedios helpful. can u plz clear one query of mine?? What does "Auto" stands for in AutoCad?
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
AutoCAD is just a trade name for the software and here "Auto" word has nothing to do with the functionality of the software and it is also not an acronym of "automated" as there is nothing automated in it, a user has to make drawings manually after all! I hope it makes things clear.

SourceCAD thanks sir, but i am told that it givers reference of the company name and the letters Auto are taken from the first four initial letter from "Autodesk"..is that so?
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
Possibly!! the folks who named the software can only tell why they named it so.
