This is such a powerful thing and I hope it helps many people. I have a friend that finds it hard to open up and I know is still dealing with stuff. Most important thing is being honest with yourself and taking that first step and saying there is a problem that I need to deal with and work through and try and get some kind of closure on. I think it's harder for the older guys as there is still that stigma attached to it and they have the old school mentality that it's a weakness and if you go sick you're weak. Keep up the excellent work! All power to you. Dan P
