The change of camera positions, the blurring out of people faces, the close ups and wide camera perspectives, captions, lighting, music, etc. It’s always a positive experience to wake up on a Sunday in Pacific time and watch your videos with breakfast and coffee.

The flower and plant market looked so lovely! I have a tip! Basil and Dille plants, if you put them in a bigger pot with more earth, they'll last really long. The pots in stores are too small, especially basil gets "overcrowded" in there.

Heading into my golden years and I'm still loving spicy Korean foods! That being said, I used to suffer from pretty bad irritable bowel syndrome regardless whether it was spicy or not, especially when my weight exploded to 205 lbs. at the height of the pandemic. Started fasting and adopted more of a keto whole foods diet, dropped about 50 lbs. and a lot of my stomach problems went away. Why I'm sharing this with you, it's important to give your digestive tract enough time to rest and repair. Our bodies were not designed to be eating and snacking constantly throughout the day.

Love physical 100! Such a motiviation to work out, but as if i ever need to wrestle 1v1 for a ball any time soon😂 also if you put the pothos cuttings next to the window (seeing the sky) they will grow roots heaps faster! Also another tip, dont change the water and only top up when the water is getting low. Pothos are known to release a chemical into the water that helps them grow roots faster compared to other plants, so if you get rid of the wated then your getting rid of the chemical thats helping them to root!

Hi Sarah! Hi Kyuho! What a fun week! I love visiting the nursery with you guys, because in reality, that’s just not something I do on a regular basis. You truly have a green thumb, Sarah. I’ve been known to kill many a plant. You gave me a great idea though……with spraying your herbs. I’m going to grab a water bottle to spray my orchids. I’ve been told to put 4-5 ice cubes on my orchid plants, which is what I’ve been doing forever, since I first learned from a nursery at a cemetary of all places. OMGEEE! Kyuho’s mom is so cute, questioning if Kyuho was Korean when he was a child. I literally giggled out loud, because my Japanese mom asked that about me, as a child. Only because I never ate rice. My go-to carb was always tortillas. 🤭 I was super excited to see you guys at that banchan restaurant with the amazing slide-on table again. I wish they had something like that out here in Los Angeles, and ‘Wheat and Meat,’ what great looking sandwiches! Love the plastic gloves! Thanks for sharing your week with us. Please take care! If you're growing pothos i recommend getting it a moss pole to climb on. Mine was taking over a dresser and giving it something to climb on seems to make it happy and saves me a ton of space. Propagating pothos is so easy; I end up having to do it because my silly plant grows so much and I don't want to just toss the trimmed leaves. Stick the cut ends in water and BOOM you've got roots in a week or so. I often forget to change the water but that doesn't seem to hurt them one bit. 😅

Aroid mix is your best friend especially for philodendrons. You can never really overwater it when its in a chunky mix. I don't know if you have access to the GT range in Korea (GT Foilage Focus/ Root Zone. The Clonex and CCS one is soooo good for propagating) but I guess if you look at the ingredients you can find the equivalent. I like clear pots cos you can see how well your roots are doing but you can get algae but its fine. Obviously dark is better but that's my preference I like to see how its doing. Sydney Plant guy on utube can teach you lots. Moss poles are awesome when you are limited in space.

Wondering if the gut flora either make it easier or more difficult for people to tolerate spicy foods. If one only eats traditional spicy/less processed Korean food, gut flora will be different than if one eats mostly highly refined carbohydrate rich foods. If one alters their diet with higher consumption of these highly refined foods, one alters gut flora, and this new gut flora prefers to stick to the highly refined carbohydrate rich diet instead of the less processed one. It would be interesting to understand how much of a role gut flora plays in limiting or in broadening the variety of foods we can consume without discomfort.

This will make me sound like an old lady, but I miss the days where people could like different things and it was ok to disagree. About spicy foods: I’m mid-40’s and American (predominantly UK/Western European descent), and love spicy foods. I think my spice tolerance has gotten higher as I’ve aged (and tried more spicy things), but I’m fully aware that I have an iron stomach and I always have. For my husband (late 40’s, Korean-American), his spice tolerance has increased from exposure to spicier food (because of me, lol 😂). Ugh, it sucks that you guys now feel the need to put disclaimers around Kuyho wearing colourblind sunglasses in your videos. I hope it preemptively stops haters from trying to start 🐮💩, but since this is an internet comment section Im not holding my breath. 🙃

good that that channel is not making scandals for fame and subscribers are more mature and nicer, so i hope, Sarah and Kyuho won't get many hate.

are there a lot of these restaurants where they bring all the plates together with the table? i went to one with a friend when i was in seoul in 2020, but i was already wondering if i would find that place again when i return. i loved it and it was surprisingly cheap.

Not that we’ve noticed. I’m sure there are some, but this chain is famous for that style~

@@2hearts1seoul oh, interesting. then i will try to remember the name. the one i was in looked similar, but a bit different, so it could have been the same chain. :)

I use to eat hot spicy food, unfortunately when I got older my stomach cannot tolerate it. I sometimes will eat something spicy because I miss it and of course I 😢 pay for it.

I think the top of the refrigerator is too dark for house plants

Does Korea do takeaway bags/food to go. Leftovers?
@2hearts1seoul7 ай бұрын
Usually no. But if you go to a place that serves western food like sandwiches, burritos, etc. it’s quite common.
