The camel coat looks really good on Kyuho, I'm glad he got it! :) It's really nice to see how you guys can spend time apart but still enjoy your time anyway. I think that's a big important thing for a healthy relationship that not many people do, but should. I really enjoy time to myself without my husband sometimes, lol! Hope you guys have a nice week! Where I live, we have third-largest Korean population in the USA, so there's a bunch of Korean bakeries around and one of my usuals is the red bean doughnut (alongside milk bread and kkwabaegi). Sarah's "introvert time" makes me wish I lived alone. So peaceful.

Two things I would do for smoothies. 1. Buy blueberries when they are in season and cheap and freeze them. Leave them in their container and just stick them in the freezer. 2. Buy bananas that are overripe and marked down and then peel and cut them up and freeze them in freezer bags.

I can't speak for what it's like in Canada, but for where I live in the US, red bean stuff isn't difficult to find, but you can only find it in asian markets/bakeries/restaurants. However, the concept of "sweet beans" is non-existent in our food culture. Beans are for chili (although this is controversial depending on where you are), soup, mixing with rice - things like that. I always get strange looks when I mention red bean sweets to people who aren't asian here. One thing I did discover last year though and has helped me explain red bean to people: it's surprisingly similar to guava. They both come in pastes, so the texture is similar, and while they don't taste exactly the same, both have that sort of subtle sweetness that isn't strongly flavored in any direction, although guava has a bit more of a fruity flavor. Guava is used a lot for dessert in hispanic cultures, so while the comparison won't work everywhere, we have a large hispanic population so it's easy for me to use that example here. I'm so happy Gray finally warmed back up to you both!!

@@2hearts1seoul I had the hotteok filled with red bean paste at Namdaemun Myungmool Hotteok. I liked it so much that I decided to make it when I returned to the U.S. Maybe you can try going there. They open every day except Sundays. Namdaemun-ro 3ga 27-2, Jung-gu They are easy to find because there's a big yellow sign with a list of all the different types of fillings for the hotteok.

I love sourdough bread too. While it’s a shame that you couldn’t get it at Paris Baguette, I think you lucked out on the alternative one at the bakery. You seem to have enjoyed it. I’m glad that the weather is nicer and so you can eat outside. Is it warm enough to return to your bike riding? Our weather in the states has been up an$ down quite a bit. My favorite Sunday morning activity... watching your weekly videos. How is Beemo doing? You mentioned him vomiting. And I love, love, love Function of Beauty. The first set I bought (shampoo and conditioner) was lavender scented and I loved it (I now use that for my travel hair care). Then they came out with coconut scent and a promotion to get a free comb. OMG!!! I love that even more as it reminds me of somewhere tropical...and the comb is so perfect. Thank you for introducing me to these products. Oh, and for anyone reading, unlike a lot of cheaper shampoo/conditioner, you really don't need to use a lot (and my hair is mid back length and fine like Sarah's ... but curly). The same size bottle of anything else I've ever used would have lasted only a short time and these last beautifully, so they are actually very reasonably priced.

@@2hearts1seoul I had a Yorkie that was put on the enzyme. He threw up everything except cottage cheese & scrambled egg's. After, about a month, the enzyme's really worked! No more throwing up & back on dog food!! Lamb & rice because it's easier to digest as well. Both his canned food & hard. Have you tried Chicken Soup For The Soul? Amazon has it, plus!!! @@2hearts1seoul When I first started looking at the starter thing, I was so either shocked, scared or utterly turned off and it seemed overwhelming. But you know a good teacher can make all the difference! I know we all learn in different ways but I found Melissa K Norris worked for me. Everthing we learn takes a bit of time, but I have a LOT of confidence in you! When you feel overwhelmed, leave it alone and come back later and don't feel like you have to learn it all, every detail at once. You don't. Some presenters do a brain dump on viewers and I am not sure why some do that.....but we CAN eat a bite at a time! And if we fail.....we go back and continue and we get it. :) Oh, and one more thing Sara, if you kill it, it is my understanding.....you can not be locked up for it.....even under international law! :)

Making your own red bean paste is actually quite a headache, as you need to soak the beans for a long time, boil them, then use a food processor to make them into a paste, so people rarely do this here and almost always buy red bean desserts 😅
