I made a cat shelter about a month ago. I now have an adorable kitty who doesn’t really leave my front porch. I can even pet her! I put a heated bed in there for her too, I bought it off Amazon. I’m glad I could help her. Everyone go help some local kittties! It feels good to help. Local feral populations are extremely important! TNR programs work! Be a friend to all animals... ❤️🎄❤️🌻

If you have styrofoam packing peanuts, you can fill a pillowcase with them to use in the cat shelters. They provide more insulation than towels and won't trap so much moisture. The kitties can also burrow into the peanuts. I made them for my stray cat (who is now my indoor cat).

Merry Christmas to you. I love how you take care of those cats. At this time of the year I cook one or two good meals for homeless men, there's a place where they can spend some time in the morning. They take a shower, leave cloth to wash, have some social interaction and warm up themselves. Last time I made Sicilian "Arancini", with beef ragù, mozzarella cheese, peas, saffron risotto. Thankfully I had two of them to help me, so it was a success.

The cat cookie cutter goes together.. the outline cuts it out and while it’s still on the dough, you push the detailed part inside of it (not too deep to cut) and that adds the decorative cat pattern within the cat cutout.

AWWW, I'm so glad she's back!! - poor baby 😭😭. She mostly likely got locked in somewhere - like a maintenance room or basement or some other building or rooms that are visited on bi-monthly basis. Lot of 'feral' cats get trapped in places like that - poor poor babies - wish they could find homes of their own - adoptions please. Thank you so much for being so kind and compassionate and taking care of these so called 'feral' cats - we need more people like you

so happy to see grey back!! and lovely to see you doing the houses! i also did one a few years ago and i want to recommend an awsome blanked from ikea! i use it myself and its the best insulation blanket I've had and worked sooo well in the cat box and is only a few pounds/dollars and its super huge so you could buy one and cut it up for each box. ps beemo looked super cute stretched out on the sofa! So thankful grey is back ,I have been praying for him, I think maybe he may be need extra blankets and extra thermal wrapping around box as he has lost weight and it maybe harder for him to keep his body heat , I didn’t realise it got so cold over there , wool is helpful for heating retaining , I am so glad they have you and they see you as their home .Is the cat shaped cookie cutter, for cutting out the cookies shape and then the one with details for embossing the cut out afterwards to show detail , they look great .Have a wonderful Christmas with all your family back together again ,amber

It is so heart warming to see how you care so much for the cats in your area and it's lovely that Grey made her way back to your homestead where she is truly loved and cared for. Your ginger bread biscuits reminded me of the ones I made a couple of years ago - let's just say that icing cakes or biscuits is definitely not my forte but that never discourages me. It leaves people guessing. I can often transform things from their original form to something totally different with my icing skills. :) :) :) You've probably heard on the news that most of the the UK is now in Tier4 of Lockdown and we are not going to have the Christmas we'd hoped for. It appears British scientists were scrambling to work out whether a mutant strain of the coronavirus, which has been spreading rapidly in England this month, may be resistant to the crop of newly developed vaccines. The strain was first identified on December 13 in the county of Kent in southern England, and initial analysis by government scientists suggests it is “growing faster than the existing variants.” Flights bans across Europe which were initially imposed in some neighbouring European Countries are also now banned from and to the UK. On a happier note, I've made my own Anglo-Indian specialities - Salt Beef, Kulkuls, Rose Cookies and of course some much loved ginger bread biscuits too in the traditional Christmas tree/Star shapes. This time I even managed to make the most amazing Lime pickle and it tastes so good that I shall never have to buy it from the store ever again. I hope all 3 of you have a Happy Festive Season!
