I still remember Kyuho sleeping from jetlag while you decorated your parents tree all by yourself lol. Kyuho has changed, he used to grumble a little at the thought of having to decorate it was funny. Now he's almost as excited as you Sarah.

Chicken soup best veggies are in my opinion: half a onion, one carrot, half a leek, bit of parsley, bit of garlic, salt, and pepper. And the best broth is with chicken wings, meat removed after 25 minutes and the bones cooked out one or two hours (and then new veggies for the actual). Hmm ... love winter because that means chicken soup every week.

little tip about the star that should go on top of the tree. generally the branch on top is very long if you fold it two or three times and put the star than it might work cause it worked for us

to make the star fit, just bend the top in half so it's a bit thicker and sturdier! we had the same problem at home when we first bought our first fake tree. the wire is so thin that the weight of the star makes it flop over, but bending the top in half helped for us!

Chicken noodle is always the best food during the colder season! My mom used to make this as well and to make it a little dense and creamier, you can add a bit of soy milk (this adds a nice thickness to the soup) or any other milk substitute :D
