I watch your vlogs almost every week. Thank you so much for that!!! Yes, Japan is a paradise for shopping and I don't mean high end shopping but those little things, you know. High End Shopping? You can do this in Europa or anywhere else ....I bought so many things last March in Japan. Oh my god!!! I had 6 kilos of excess baggage or more and the lady at the airport was kind enough to waive the cost because she couldn't figure out how to charge me. That's Japan!!!! I love it. I met so many friendly and polite people who almost moved me to tears!! Not kidding!! It really touched me. I could tell you many stories. I now own a pair of bonsai scissors with my own name engraved on them. This store in Osaka deserves a top prize. I can't wait to travel there again. It's one of the most wonderful countries in the world and there are these incredibly polite and friendly people who always do their best. I've never experienced anything like it in Central Europe....

The kitchen stuff was sooooo cute! I've never been to Japan. My cousin went and brought back some cooling wipes, matcha and orange kit kat candies. Those mosquito patches seem like they would come in handy for me as I tend to have swollen bites too. Oh, and the clear eyebrow gel, and fly away hair balm. Lol.

Biore watery essence sunscreen feels great on, however, as someone who has OILY skin, it made me really oily a few hours later. It also does not do well in high heat/humidity. What I did discover worked is Biore Athlizm UV Sunscreen which works up to 40C and extreme humidity - still makes me a bit oily, but I find this one hydrating and not as drying as the watery essence and don't have a problem applying/reapplying all day. (I don't live in a high heat/high humidity area, but exercise and sweat a lot). Biore is a solid brand for suncreen. I use the Skin Aqua spf 50 and P++++ for the body and buy the pump version, which is a good bang for the buck! I'm totally transitioning into the Japanese toners and testing moisturizers, so far I'm impressed, but I still keep some Korean skincare items as well.

Thanks for the tip! I have dry-combination skin, but I'll have to check out the Biore Athlizm UV!

Hi. I just love all of the clothes you bought. I know how hard it is for you to find pants. I have to say- when I saw the title of the vlog indicating you had a “haul” I thought this was definitely going to be fun -as it’s not something you often do. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I love how the tee shirts fit you! Do you think overall, that the clothes in general are more or less expensive in Japan than Korea? Such great trip vlogs. 😍
@2hearts1seoul5 күн бұрын
I’ve found that clothing prices are pretty similar in Japan and Korea, but Uniqlo is quite a bit cheaper in Japan~
@cassie7thomson6 күн бұрын
It wasn't in Japan, but when I ran out of sunscreen in Thailand I bought the blue tube, felt really light n smooth on the skin and didn't have that suncream scent you find on most back home I really need to remember not to buy a calendar when abroad - last time got bit confused, forgot the time difference kinda made it a day ahead of here. But I could spend ages in the stationary sections - such a huge selection to see and tonnes of cute/unique items that you need to just remind yourself you have enough, don't need anymore lol

I LOVE this skin aqua tone up sunscreen!! I use it on a daily basis because I don't do make up. I've never experienced outbreak with it, just had issues with shine in summer. I tried mixing it with the yellow dear klairs sunscreen and it works perfectly fine!! This sunscreen is pretty expensive in Canada (over cad20 if I remember correctly). The Bioré sunscreen is really thin so it's a great choice too! I was waiting to see kyuho's haul, but maybe next time 😂😂😂

Biore sells a similar sunscreen in Canada now. The texture isn't quite the same but it's pretty good. The sunscreen we became obsessed with when we were in Japan is the Nivea UV super water gel. The texture is so good and it sinks in right away and protects for a long time even when you're sweating a lot 😅 we love it so much we pay $$ to get it sent here!
@kokoroNkippei6 күн бұрын
The Biore sunscreen is so good! The blue one I used for daily wear. The pink/purple one has a purple undertone with a thicker consistency so it's good to use for a make up base if you are wearing heavier make up.

Thankyou for introducing me to alternative place a to get beauty products . I agree don Quixote is v stressful to shop in . I also discovered it’s not so cheap anymore . From when I went the year before . I got some great stuff in smaller pharmacies. They usually have the makeup on the second floor. It’s nice and quiet and you can take your time . I had never heard of Kate lip monster lipsticks . They look really nice and I’d like to try them . Thanks for your video . ❤

Yes, I love Uniqlo in Japan. There is Uniqlo here in the US also...but somehow, the Uniqlo stores in Japan are just a lot more fun to shop. I went crazy and bought a lot of stuff from them when I went Japan last year. Can't wait to visit Japan again soon.
@potato66587 күн бұрын
Saw you video this morning, but I had to wait till now because I had to go clean a house first. Sounds like you both had a really great time, I would like to visit one day it’s a dream, but we’ll make it happen. I loved the sun Umbrella it’s super cute 🥰 the cupie doll mayonnaise Ive seen here at the Super store, my cousin when she was young had that doll lol. I’ve never tried it though I usually make my own fermented mayonnaise using my own eggs from my chickens. I use kefir to make it and it lasts three months in three fridge unless of course you eat before then 😆 what a fun video I love shopping for little things in other countries it’s so interesting to see all the different things they have that we don’t. I too bought one of those reusable bags, i got it at Coles during the stint when plastic bags were banned, mine is a little avocado and it hangs on the outside of my purse, I used that bag so many times it’s super handy to have, so that was a good find for you. Loved this video so so much Sarah, thanks for sharing!!

Ooooooh love the haul! I’ve used the pair acne cream as well and I found it works a treat! It actually is also available in donki (i bought it at the asakusa store in a multipack)…but definitely agree with you with it being a bit overwhelming! I absolutely love my shupatto bags that i also bought in donki…i got 3 different sizes…the one that’s the size up from yours has handles that when you pull tighten up the top of the bag like a drawstring…but i didnt know they had a Ito-ya exclusive one!!! Well i guess I’m going to have to go and get it now haha! Uniqlo is my go to for clothing in general, and i absolutely love that they have store exclusive items…and that they are all for local businesses…I’ve bought 6 or so T-shirts from the two different ginza stores (and one funnily enough from the jewel changi store in singapore as well) and they’re all Uniqlo and a practical souvenir 😊 i do also love the customisable items that you can make at some Uniqlo stores 😊
