The dog next door used to bark a lot. I played another dog whistle from utube, but he got used to it. This is much louder! When the female owner hears it, she knows it hurts her dog's ears, so shuts the dog up. Something she should've been doing all along!

My neighbor thinks it is mean for me to play this because it annoys his dogs, but he is alright in letting his dogs bark very loudly all night long. I had to stay at a Hotel because I could not sleep for 2 days. The police just tells him to calm his dogs down. About two minutes later, the dogs go haywire with their extremely loud barks.

I have tinnitis and hear this normally. It's interesting because as I turn this up, it sounds EXACTLY the same but just gets louder. So this is like the exact same frequency I hear in my head 24/7. So sadly, this is still at ranges of 20 Hz to 23 kHz. It's really not a dog whistle 24 - 45kHz which we couldn't hear.

It is possible that your speakers don't support playing sounds on higher frequencies (since it's inaudible for humans anyway). All speakers have a certain range of frequency they will work on, some have a larger range, some smaller.
