@@ridgedblob639 Not who you are asking, but I have IBS and one of the biggest things that help is keeping a balance in my diet and exercising. Making sure that I eat more fiber, veggies/fruits and exercise with either going to the gym or just walking around me street.

I deal with insomnia and even take sleeping pills but they don't really work it does the complete opposite & the shift I work Monday - Thursday 4pm to 2:45 it takes me hours to wine down ...When I started listening to this it helped sleep and go to sleep within a half hour ...Thanks for helping me sleep better
