Hi Ranbir, if your daughter is keen on HR as a specialisation, MDI Gurgaon is the better choice. However, if she would prefer to explore various specialisation, she would benefit from joining IIT Kharagpur. Both are great institutes in regards to placements and pedagogy. Hope this helps!

Please go through the placement report/institute website and make a priority list with your criteria in mind (whether it be companies or roles). Hi there's correction in placements of Roorkee which is 18 median in 2022 a hike from 10.5 in 2021. Considering this, could you please help me choose between IIM Sambalpur and IIT Roorkee ?

Hi Shubham! The details for IIT Roorkee in this video were mentioned prior to the release of placement data for 2022. Considering the current median, IIT Roorkee would be a better choice when compared to IIM Sambalpur unless the priority is to join a B-School with an IIM tag. Hope this helps!

General Merit Engineering male (GEM). They only disclose the waiting list after paying 20,000 rupees....If converted have to take admission else 20,000 will not be refunded...So we dropped that option.

Hi Saurav! Thank you for watching the video. In our humble opinion, you can consider the following: 1. IIT Madras = IIM Nagpur. Between these two, you can create a priority list based on your requirements and make a choice. The placement scenario is similar for both, however, IIT Madras provides the advantage of being part of the IIT ecosystem + better ROI, whereas IIM Nagpur can provide value through its IIM Ahmedabad mentoring. Both institutes have good brand value. 2. IIT Roorkee

Per our understanding, IIM Vishakapatnam has been performing well over the past 2-3 years and has been benefitting from IIM Bangalore's mentorship. Definitely make the list of criteria and make the choice based on your priorities. In our humble opinion, IIM Vizag has a slight edge, albeit marginal, over IIM Kashipur. All the best!

Hi Ranbir, both universities are great choices for pursuing an MBA. When it comes to the IITs, IIT Kgp is a fantastic B-School. Which college to choose depends on her priorities and preferences. If she would prefer a university that is part of a larger education environment with greater exposure to entrepreneurship and networking, she can choose IIT Kgp. If she would prefer the brand value that an IIM provides, then she can go with IIM Raipur. Hope this helps, all the best!

Hi! Thank you for watching the video! IIM Lucknow is a great option to pursue an MBA. Being part of the old IIMs cadre, it is one of the top institutes in the country. CAT has had some element of luck involved, and post COVID also has a lot of uncertainty - beginning from time to questions, patterns, etc. So a bird in the hand and all, it makes sense to not let go of L in our humble opinion.
