100% உண்மை. பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் நானும் ஒருவன். விக்கி நீங்கள் சொன்னவற்றில் பெரும்பாலானவை நான் அனுபவித்தவை தான். என் வார்த்தைக்கு மரியாதை இல்லையே எனக் கேட்டதற்கு சுமார் 2 வாரங்களாக இந்த silent treatment எனும் கொடுமையான மௌனத்தை எதிர் கொண்டேன். என் அறிவின் மீதும் என் குணத்தின் மீதுமே எனக்கு சந்தேகம் வந்து, என்னை நானே தாழ்மையாக நினைத்துக் கொண்டேன். என் முடிவெடுக்கும் திறன் மீது சந்தேகம் கொண்டேன். நான் பெரிய தவறு செய்து விட்டேனோ! என்று நொந்து போனேன். என் வார்த்தைக்கு மரியாதை இல்லை, என் சுயமரியாதை சிதைவது போல் உணர்கிறேன் என்று சொன்னதற்கு, ஒருவர் என்னுடன் பேசுவதை நிறுத்திக் கொண்டார். இத்தனைக்கும் நான் கோபப்படவோ சிடுசிடுவென பேசவோ இல்லை. அமைதியாகத் தான் கேட்டேன். சில முறை கெஞ்சினேன். அழுதேன். தினசரி வேலைகளில் கவனம் குறைந்தது. பிடித்த உணவை ரசித்து உண்ணக் கூட மனம் ஒப்பவில்லை. உறக்கம் தொலைந்து போனது. Overthinkingக்கு ஆளானேன். கடைசியாக அவரைச் சமாதானம் செய்ய நினைத்து அவருக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்த உயிரோட்டம் மிகுந்த ஒரு பொருளை இரவு பகல் பாராமல் நேரம் செலவழித்து செய்து கொடுத்தேன். அதுவரை எனக்குத் தெரியாத ஒரு கலையைக் கற்றுக் கொண்டு ஒரு கைவினைப் பொருளைச் செய்து கொடுத்தேன். அதுவரை அவர் பார்த்திடாத இயற்கையின் அழகியலில் ஒன்றை அவருக்குக் காட்டினேன். இது எதையுமே ஒரு துரும்பாகக் கூட மதிக்காமல் வீசி எறிந்தார். ஒரு வார்த்தை கூடப் பேசவில்லை. மனம் உடைந்து போனேன். முழுக்க முழுக்க நல்ல எண்ணத்தோடும் அன்போடும் அக்கறையோடும் பழகிய எனக்குக் கிடைத்தது மௌனம் எனும் நரக வேதனை மட்டும் தான். வேண்டுமென்றால் தேடி வரட்டும் என்று நான் விலகி விட்டேன். இதை படிக்கும் அனைவரிடமும் ஒன்றை கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன். உங்கள் மீது அன்பு காட்டும் யாரையும் மௌனத்தால் தனிமைப் படுத்தாதீர்கள். அதன் வலி அனுபவிப்பவருக்கே தெரியும்.
