We used to buy one from Aldi years ago and my family loved it. I used to put it on my coffee every day. Then they started putting vege oil in it and we stopped buying it. All the brands in Australia pretty much have the same. We make our own occasionally but if I go out black Vienna is still my favourite (if I know it is a place that has fresh cream).

It still has carbs. ALL heavy cream has carbs, even if the container says zero. 1 tablespoon of heavy cream has .413 carbs per serving., By law, they must round down which is why the label says zero. To make whipped cream using propellant (which is what they use in the can or in home whipped cream dispensers) you will get two tablespoons of whipped cream from one tablespoon of heavy cream. If you whip it using a whisk, the carbs are higher per tablespoon of whipped cream because it doesn't fluff up as much when you whip it

Walmart has no sugar added whipped cream too. It's only $2.20 per can....I buy it 4-6 cans at a time....If I'm out I make my own with heavy cream vanilla and liquid stevia. 😂 You guys are so cute!

Have you ever used powdered butter in your keto chow? I'm trying very hard to not be a big whine baby about my coffee on a 14 day cruise, but the closer I get to September the more anxiety I get about it. This is going to be a 30 year anniversary trip and I don't want to ruin it by complaining about coffee. I've seen the powdered butter on Amazon and wondered if it would work. 74 servings? Naaahhhh. Maybe 5. 🤣🤣🤣. I normally put it on my Keto Chow ice cream. I use that Super Creamer in my coffee. Have you tried that? It is sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. Sweet Cream or Vanilla flavor. It also has MCT oil in it.

😂First video of yours I watched. I got a kick out of this. I also have sugar free whip cream. I've been leaning in to low carb since Jan 3. I know whip cream is a much better choice compared to what I was doing prior, often consuming 8+ ounces of chocolate daily. Most days I'm going 16 hours without food with a 6-8 hour eating window. I know I still have room for improvement, but have no doubt this is a great start.

Hilarious! If it really has no ill effect on your health, then why worry. The very valid point is know how much you really consume. I use heavy cream and it raises my blood glucose reading by 5-10 points so not an issue for me.
