If Keto Chow adds new Core flavors I am definitely trying an ice cream diet! I’m at my casein/dairy limit at around a half of a regular Keto Chow at a time. It makes me feel sleepy! Yes I love to make homemade egg bites it’s a great meal prep and has been for years. “Steamed muffin’ …I’ve just even put my single silicone cup cake moulds in a steam basket in a pot on top the stove for just small batches years before the insta pot but I do love the smooth velvety texture. I love the egg whites ones best and creamed goat cheese . Star bucks ingredients do have cane sugar ..bad oils and potato starch so although they *could have been a great grab and go.. while traveling.. I’ll definitely keep making my own ! Avelyn likes to use her moms old rice cooker to float the little cup cake silicone cups and when the light goes off they are done that way kids aren’t having to use a big stove or get burned w the trays of water. She loves to cook Wendy’s way ! She loves all the kitchen gadgets ❤ and she said tell Uncle Harry she manifested that root beer 🍺 into his hands! Because she knew he been wanting one since his Birthday! Not Diet Coke lol ❤❤❤❤❤much love 💕

I like the ninja keto chow ice cream but freezing it zaps the flavor it is real real low on flavor no matter what flavor I make . Come up with a way to make the keto chow ice cream taste other than bland and I’m in . Right now I add strawberry extract to the strawberry etc to get a little better flavor but still not a lot . I want my ice cream aka keto chow to taste like the flavor not just nothing ! Joe find away your so good at everything . Thanks

I make a chocolate or blueberry shake 😋 1 scoop vanilla protein, 2 scoops, lemon collagen powder, 1 quart coconut milk, 1/2 cup organic blueberries. Blend and put in freezer for 30 minutes, scrape frozen sides and bottom, and 30 more minutes. Perfect shake I been craving 🤗 chocolate protein for chocolate shake. Raspberry, banana peach any kind of shake you want.

Orange Cream is fantastic if you add 1/4 tsp of Goodman's Pure Orange Extract and 1/2 tsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit, otherwise the flavor is too mild.

Even after years of being keto, I still found myself struggling when hubby would go out of town. I would end up diving into Keto Junk Food. Last time, I decided to try KC Ice Cream for the whole weekend plus steak…because it is funny, if you do only KC, you do end up wanting meat! 😆 It worked great! keto Chow is a diet saver!!

Same here. I waited and waited, weighed the options/alternatives, and finally ordered the Ninja Creami. Try as I have, I cannot get homemade ice cream to work out; always ends up icy or becomes a complete block of icy hell. I don't plan to use KetoChow at all (too pricey) but have found some great recipes, including one from Ketogenic Woman (anita) that uses butter and eggs and flavorings. Now that sounds like perfect food to me, and that I can make it as an ice cream - holy cow! Keto life is where it's at.

I have not used Keto Chow before. What is the recipe you are using?

Use the serving of keto chow powder, then you use half a cup of the fat of your choice (3 eggs OR 1/2 cup heavy creame OR 1/2 cup of Peanut butter OR 1/2 cup butter OR 1/2 cup bacon fat; OR MANY MANY other ideas - I always do less than a half cup so that I can pop in one spoon of coconut fat). What I do is put the fat in a 2 cup pyrex measureing glass, add the fat, then fill the rest with water up to the 2 cup line. Put that in the blender, then I add another 1/2 cup water or 3/4th cup of water. Put in blender, put the Keto Chow serving in blender. BLEND ALL. Pour it into the Ninja Creami container up to the line. (I always have extra Keto Chow shake left which I just store in the fridge and freeze later when I have space in the Ninja Creami container)

we dont add anything. unless we are doing a review, we only use butter. It doesn’t have carbs, taste better, and doesn’t cause bloat in us.

I only tried to make keto ice cream once..I bought a standard ice cream maker. So I gather I need to use my Vitamix put the melted butter and warm water and cream? Blend then put it into my ice cream mixer? Last one was kind of thick. Not enough liquid I think. Need to find recipie and write it down.

A keto chow shake is supposed to be about 24-26 ounces. The original creami container only holds 16 ounces. We would use a full serving of keto chow, 4 tablespoon of butter but only about 12 ounces of water. With the deluxe, you can fit a full creami as it’s supposed to be. The only difference is more water. But it tastes better since it’s the way it’s supposed to be made

Yes. It will become more and more difficult to get parts for the original. If you have a problem with the original, they’re going to replace it with a breeze. The only problem with that is the containers from the original do not fit on the Breeze. Someone in our Facebook group just had that problem. Ninja replaced hers under warranty but sent her the breeze
