I have to add that I started bbbe and coffee on dec 1 . I did cut out keto brainz from my coffee as you all suggested. I did find that taking that out made me more anxious and also very short with people. This time of the year with holidays and business I think it’s best I keep using that but I only do one coffee experience in the morning no heavy whipping cream or stevia drops. I do feel my clothes are looser and my stomach is not so puffy and bloated . Happy bday Jo

Kudos to you guys. It has taken me a year to move. I still don't have my house listed yet. We have a few maintenance issues we have to take care of first. Almost there. Have to interview a few realtors. We are so close. I'm impressed.

Happy Birthday, Joe. Have an awesome time on the cruise. Am I crazy or are you guys mirrored? I swear I thought the TV and hall were on the right. Rachel sat on the right. 😅 Most likely I'm crazy. Not crazy today. Thanks, Chris. No Christmas tree this year either. BTW...first time trying the carnivore bars. Just tried the salt one. They are so delicious. Can't wait to try the flavors.
