No, started its life as a 1.8 20v With 2l fsi crank, custom pistons and cams Was a 2.0 20v polo cup race engine

@@yaasparker What degree on cams? Stock rods? The pistons are aftermarket or some stocks modified? It started as 20vt or n/a 20v (the oil squirtes are there or not?)?

Car was painted silver 2 years later, 20v engine sold, fsi sold and then car was sold in 2020 I believe it's 2L 16v now abf or 9A

@jlimits8976 the swap was reliable yes and enjoyed driving the car to work and home, just the button clutch was a bit of a headache in traffic and hills but nothing really off putting. The injectors I had were way too small(E46 M3) Needed atleast 440s for the 50/50 ethanol/petrol mix so the engine only lasted a year before I broke it and that's my fault because the tuner warned me the injectors needed upgrading and car was running lean. If not for that then it was perfect
