Hi Denise, I love when you show your art book collection. I usually end up with something new. :) This time my selection (which just arrived!) is Watercolor Textures for Artists-and it's even better than I expected [already reviewed it]. She has a section on how to turn things in your environment into patterns and textures just by observation-and applying what you've learned. It's beautiful, and practical. The other recent one I ordered is Abstract Watercolor, because I've always been fascinated by abstract paintings. Thank you again for everything. 💖🌺⭐

Interesting as always, Denise ❤(& FYI to keep from tearing up your books, what I do to keep a library of textures and projects is to color copy the pages & 3 hole punch them into a notebook :)

I also like looking thru my art, interior design and travel books for inspiration, especially when looking for patterns and unique color combinations. They were my regular go-to before I got the color cubes.

Denise a gift to have another book review,I have The watercolour texture for artists book and use it a lot,I try to yranskate someof the rxecises etc into other mediums as well,perfect book for moxed media artists. I love the Watercolour for the soul book,as to me it sees painting as a form of creative meditation and mindfulness,almost like a form of self care,and that resonates with me a lot.(Matt) Why not make copies of particular pages in your art books that inspire you and put them together as an inspiration book for yourself
