Every ten years or so Haiti has another crisis. The truth is Haiti is a basketcase that has not learned how to govern itself. Haiti has always been a money pit that no amount of money can seem to help. I believe the best course of action for the world would be to quarantine Haiti for thirty to forty years and let them figure things out on their own. After that amount of time take a look and see if they have grown up enough to join the world. If not give them another thirty years. Eventually they will figure things out.
