I know I am late to the game on this one...sorry Peter. Germany is an absolutely gorgeous country for golf. The courses are very creative for the regions and they are all incredibly green and tree lined. I have only been here for 7 months and have loved every course I have had the priviledge to play. Archental is on the list, as is a trip to Austria to play Eichenheim. Thank you for this view into the beauty of golf in Germany Peter! Tchuss!

Wow pete yer again great content yet AGAIN!!! you’ve been such an inspiration for last couple of years on my game, watching your video drives me to work at everything in my golf game and I just wanna say thanks! It’s your videos that make me walk 2 miles to my local golf club EVERY day to try to becoming a better player. I know many people go on about pros being inspirations but I think it’s you guys that create videos have to take loads of credit because if there wasn’t such a thing as KZbin in golf... Golfing in Germany has been a good experience for me as well. I played in Hamburg recently and the course quality is awesome. Most of them are very old golf courses : Hamburger Falkenstein, Hittfeld and Hoisdorf. Great courses.

Great vid Pete, we played there about 10 years ago before it was quite so developed... Stayed in the Bavarian Lodge at Brunweiss, it was pretty mental with 36 holes a day on foot for 5 days....💪🏽 We took a severe liking to their local schnapps...🥃😎 Ended up witha warm up routine of 4 🥃 before each round, interesting for breakfast!🙈 Great place and def worth a visit...⛳️🏌🏻‍♂️🥃🥃🥃🥃👌🏻

I would have loved for you to hit your first HIO in Germany :) I heard a lot of good things about Bad Griesbach. I've never been, but some of my golfing friends have. And I remember having been to Vilshofen on a holiday as a child. It is a beautiful area. It is quite a way away from where I live, though. Actually, I think it is quicker to travel from here to London than to Bad Griesbach. And yes, par 4 holes in Germany tend to be way too long for the average golfer. Even playing off the front tees I normally struggle to reach the green with my 3 wood, even after a good drive. Short par 4s are a rarity. And I am glad that you are a carnivore again. Bavaria is not a good culinary destination for vegetarians ... unless you really like dumplings and pretzels ;) Also (even though cows might disagree), I am convinced that eating meat once in a while is healthier.

Got a bit of a challenge for you Pete if your up for it. Play the first 9 holes anywhere but you can only use a driver , either an iron or a wedge and your putter. Nothing else. By the way great video again loved the place.

I am a german and I love to see some brits down in my country,even though Baravia is not typical for Germany.
