I’ve been focusing on the grain size, making it smaller and making sure I don’t overdose it with my coffee grounds. I fine with the flex 11 g tends to be a good place to be at.

@@FaithAndCoffeeBean Yes, I have a Neo Flex and I have had the same problems. I had been trying with 15g of coffee. I am going to try reducing the amount of coffee and adjusting the grind, as you indicate. Thank you so much!

@@johngrrz_ yeah I kept kind of getting the feeling. I was overfilling it. I noticed my pucks were very saturated so then I started kind of working with a ratio of water a little bit.

@@FaithAndCoffeeBean I tried 13g of coffee and got fantastic results. The cream has finally appeared. Thanks for the help. Using the Flair is a challenge that forces you to make micro adjustments until you get the perfect combination. Quite a challenge.
