2nd deodorant explosion

Another explosion of a full deodorant can, this time using two cameras and some catchy Borat music!
Same as before, petrol poured, lit, then shot with a air pellet gun.

Why did the black tire swing in the background not move after that explosion? I would think the explosion would send that thing flying after the can ignited.
