2nd Doctor | Story 11: "The Enemy of the World" (1967-68) Recap and Review | Doctor Who

The TARDIS lands on a beach in 2018 where the Doctor is mistaken him for a political scientist named Salamander whom he uncannily resembles. While Salamander claims that his intentions are to save the world from a famine and a global crisis due to extreme weather events, there may be more to him than meets the eye. The TARDIS crew decide to infiltrate Salamander’s compound by having the Doctor pose as Salamander and discover what secrets he may be hiding hundreds of feet underground.

Troughton’s Salamander accent is hilarious and wild but the sound byte of him saying the name “Federin” in THAT accent has been baked into my head since some time before the episodes were found
