Congratulations! Love the tips on eating clean, rest/sleep hygiene and fitness. Any tips in this regard for trying to conceive baby #2. Did you change your diet, supplements or routine?

Your hair is so long 😊 do you have a updated hair routine or is it due to the pregnancy? I know some people's hair grows really long during pregnancy

My hair was stretched from doing two braids! I haven’t straightened it in years at this point so I think that it is super healthy. I most often do a wash & go so it’s no tension. I’m sure the prenatals have helped some too! So maybe a mix of those things lol I wash once a week & don’t mess with it much other than that

DONT OVERDO IT LEAH I HOPE YOUR EXERCISE JOURNEY IS GOING WELL BUT DONT WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK YOU ARE ASKING FOR AN INJURY! I USE TO WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL I SUFFERED ACHILLES TENDONITIS INJURY THAT HAD ME IN A WALKING BOOT FOR MONTHS IT WAS SO PAINFUL! SMH SIDENOTE CAN YOU PLAY BASKETBALL 🏀

I’m sorry to hear about your injury😩 I am not overdoing it. Low impact weight training is fine, and regular exercise is highly recommended during pregnancy. It’s important for people to listen to their bodies and do safe exercises.
