I know aramid fiber is expensive but Pitaka's pricing is just predatory. $80 for a back case without a front case. You might as well go with Benks instead which is just half the price. Pitaka is like Lexus while Benks is Toyota.

Alot of good stuff shane. As far as magsafe phone grips. I have used EWA MagOne 2023 (Edition Aluminium) for several years, Its light, the inner strap is silicone (Have several interchangeable types, round, straight etc included) and most important for me is it is fully adjustable for both landscape and horizontal viewing angles.

little detail about the latercase ( i picked one up). it has front protection , whereas pitaka does not. (both similar in price) thinbourne has front protecfion but quite a bit more expensive. HOWEVER latercase does not have magsafe. whereas the 2 others do. so there are definitely pros and cons to each company

I have a magsafe ESR double ring stand from amazon that works very well for magsafe. It's an awesome stand plus grip. Cool accessories though great vid as always

I'll vouch for the 8bitdo controllers any day. I have the Pro 2, the Lite 2 and the Zero 2. All of them are great for Switch, Android and PC! The Zero is great for RPGs and older retro games, I'm surprised how much mileage I get out of it.

Im using a leather magsafe wallet case. Its removeable and leaves a vevety backed case. I keep my stylus in the pocket. Paired with Backlit bt keyboard with mouse pad is nice on the go. The montor powered by fold is niiiice. Dont really need it but wish i had one for when i had an ultra But fr I really like the Dex hub stand. But have something simlar but meant for ultra. Very cool. The magsafe speaker is niiiiice. Defo gettin it thru affiliate tysm for recommends!

Thank you for the many alternatives. Do you currently use the Fold 6 daily or have you switched to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold? I would like to buy one of the two, but I'm so unsure which one. I find the Pixel's external display very practical, but so do Samsung's customization options. I'm unsure whether Samsung's narrower external display will bother me. What would you advise me? Do you have some tips for me?

I can't really speak to what's best for you. Once I'm done with the Pixel 9 review, I'll likely use the Pixel 9 Pro Fold full time for a while though. I need the Pixel stuff more than I need the Samsung stuff.

I use the S24 Ultra, I use to love the SPen, well I shouldnt say I use to because I still do BUT when I bought the Tab S9 Ultra I barely use the SPen on the S24 because I love the SPen on the Tablet its like using a real pen!!

Ever since I bought the ZFold5 I have been looking for a case that has Magsafe and a S Pen holder. The Torras case is the best one I have found and it doesn't use those adhesive strips. I recently bought the ZFold6 and found the Nillkin case that offers both but is better since it has a hinge cover and the S Pen holder is located on the hinge side unlike the Torras case. The S Pen on the Torras case obstructs the buttons slightly and can be annoying when trying to unlock and open the phone. Definitely recommend the Nillkin case plus it's half the price of the Torras case.

Of the foldable I have always carried the most accessories with the Z Folds just due to Dex and basically making it my small form factor pc. Lot of great accessories

I think my comment got deleted, not sure why it happened. I emailed you, but I think the Z fold 6 has a software or hardware issue that is not allowing it to get the samsung stated 25w wired/15w wireless charging speeds. I have posted and contacted samsung about this. I have tried 4-5 power bricks and 4-5 different wireless chargers, including the official samsung ones, and I have never seen wired charging speeds over 19w and wireless over 10w. Can you please do a video and test this. I dont have a cable that shows speeds, but the apps on the playstore i used verified it never hit the max stated speeds.

What I don't get about most of these, is if you're gonna have to carry around a backpack for most of them...why not use a Galaxy Tab? As a fan of tech, I have a Tab S8 Ultra and a Z Fold 6 both, and I recognize most people aren't going to do that. But you could easily get an S24 Ultra, Tab S9 FE+, and a keyboard case/full size controller for your S9 FE+, while spending less than you would on a Z Fold alone. And that'll be a much better experience for someone who carries a backpack around than the experience of having a Z Fold and all these accessories.

@scaryifliteral True, which is a great reason to get a Z Fold over a phone and tablet - fitting both in your pocket and cutting out the backpack is a great proposition. But if you're adding a keyboard and a controller to your setup and you need a backpack anyway, that's when it makes a little less sense to not have a tablet. A Tab S8 can be yours for under $300, and one of the dex docks you showed was over $200. There are certainly some niche use cases, I'm sure, but they seem hard to justify over just getting a tablet.
