After the announcement of Minji leaving, this scene was the first to come to my mind: "It feels all so demanding now, but there will come a time when we miss this day, right?" What Chaerin said just hit right in that damn feels. I knew all too well that it will inevitably happen one day, but I thought it was somehow too soon and we were never given a proper goodbye to 2NE1 as a four member group. That listening to this song and watching this bts will never be the same anymore... Oddly enough, I honestly felt during Crush era that that would be that last. Idk maybe it had a lot to do with Bom and dara's ages, then Bom's issue came to light at the middle of their tour last 2014. Then sudden announcement of CL's solo venture in the States, while Dara was left and right with her web dramas and a bit of MC projects. (Well, with Bom, we all know very well her situation, so yeah) Then Minzy was given nothing at all. She was the one who's so young with an abundanc e of potential and talents but the platform to prove all that was disappointingly denied. When Chaerin greeted her during her birthday, saying something along the lines: "Bom, Dara and Chaerin unnie's forever maknae, our Minji" & Minzy's greeting to CL: "Many wonderful things are waiting for us. I hope your wishes come true." It does make sense now. I thought the "Many wonderful things are waiting for us" are bout the group but maybe that was about their individual careers. All of this is possible to be just a reach from my own judgement but it would also make sense, if what we are now thinking is a tiny part of what happened behind closed doors. This is such a bitter farewell. IMO I don't think this group will be given a proper farewell, and that summer comeback that was promised, I refused to believe that. We've been told so many lies, that it's too hard to hold on to any kind of promises now, even if it came from the members themselves. I wish solo Minzy the best, as well as 2Ne1 as a group and their solo careers.

I know 2NE1 won't be together forever , sometime when I realise that Dara and Bom are now in their 30's and, we all know that they won't stay until they are 40 years old, it makes me even more sad. 2:30 yes CL and you are experiencing that time. I don't get why they haven't gotten a comeback. Bom? I don't think it's because of Bom anymore, what she's posted on social media makes me think that she's ready to continue. Dara? It was never because of Dara. CL? Well her solo is literally taking years but I don't think that's the reason why, because she has posted that she misses Blackjacks and all so I personally believe it's not her fault. Minzy? Well she left we all know that, it still hurts but she made her decision and she's happy with it, which makes me happy too. I don't think her departure has delayed 2NE1's comeback, I mean, I know the songs were made for 4 people which is hard to do for 3 people but CL's voice fits Minzy's parts so I don't think it's that. YG? Well he sucks at promoting and all but he has a lot of love for 2NE1 and BIGBANG so I don't think he would do that to them. I hate the part when he literally didn't say shit when Bom's scandal happened, but when GD's one happened he gave his life. I don't know why he didn't do or say anything, I still don't understand it but whatever it's in the past. So now the questions is: What's the truth? I would wait more patiently for their comeback (if they ever have one) if someone just said why the fuck 2NE1 has been gone for years. At the beginning we understand why but now??? Years have passed and our hearts are so done. I still believe they will be together and have a comeback. When? I don't fucking know and that makes me so sad. Everytime I listen to one of their songs, or when I see pictures, or when I hear their voices, it all tears me apart. I think the only reason why I'm still here is because my love for them is huge and because they need us. CL needs us, Dara needs us, Bom needs us so much, and I need them too. Other than that I would leave because I'm so tired of waiting and suffering.If they ever disband, I don't know what I would do, I would feel destroyed. Not just because I'm a fan, it's because they have changed my life and myself so much and my dream is to meet them as 2NE1 so that means a dream would be destroyed which makes me feel lost. Trust me, for some reason my dreams mean a lot A LOT to me and watching them disappear makes me feel lost. I don't know if I would be able to get over it for a big while. I miss you girls. I hope one day I will be laughing while reading this comment because you guys returned and this would make no sense. I love you so so so so so so so so so so so so so so much. Even if you disband, you will always be the group and people I have ever loved the most since I knew about kpop and music in general. Blackjack 4ever♥

I know this was a year ago, but it made me think about something. Minji said that she didn't know about even a comeback song. She said she would have loved to at least give a proper goodbye. Everyone automatically assumed she was just talking about the song itself. I think she may have been talking about any 2NE1 related projects period. If she had no idea about it, but they released a statement saying they were coming out with a song and/or album that summer. Doesn't that mean that they either lied about the album altogether or they didn't tell her they were going working on 2NE1. We all know YG wants perfection before a release.. Would that single and album have taken much longer to put together for his approval. Meaning Minzy should have been aware because she was still I the company. It just didn't seem right.
