Culprits here are teachers at school level to College. Further there is a tendency to ridicule someone if he/ she start speaking in English. This tendency should also be curbed incase if we want to excel in public life. Look at the MP's in both Sabha and their performance, we can understand where we are wrong.

Debut എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ ഉച്ചാരണം 'ഡെബ്യു' എന്നത് പറഞ്ഞു. അത് നല്ലത്. എന്നാൽ ആ വാക്കിന്റെ തുടർച്ചയായി വരുന്ന debutant വാക്കിന്റെ ഉച്ചാരണം 'ഡെബ്യു' എന്നു പറയുന്നതു പോലെ അല്ലല്ലോ. അതുകൂടി ആ വാക്കിന്റെ ഉച്ചാരണത്തോടു ചേർത്ത് പറഞ്ഞാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നേനെ. All languages are spoken first and written second. If we only speak English, it is very easy to pronounce. The difficulty comes when we write English and then try to speak it the same way as we write it. When we practise pronunciation, we have to forget about written English. Instead, we need to think only about the sound of the words. Unlike Malayalam English is not phonetic.
