When I watch these videos,i always think back to the 80s,we all had tea n baths then we'd sit as a family n watch the tele.I can still remember every little detail of that living room, can still see my mam n dad Little bros all sat there laughing and happy. I truly yearn for those days..

That was a brilliant hour of nostalgia! I remember about 95% of those adverts, It was like being 8 yrs old again. I could remember what I was doing and how I was feeling. Life was fantastic in the 80’s. If you wanted to be in an advert, you had to either be very well spoken, or a cockney lol. We had very little money, but we always had fun. Thank you, that’s made me feel great 👍🏼

Love to watch these as it reminds me of being a young child, 5 years old to 15 in the 80s Life was much better then, kids were not all complaining of being depressed and anxious cause we were out in the streets on our bikes! Now they sit in on their phones and have mental health issues! I'm grateful I grew up in those times, But sad for my children and future grand children! In the 80s we could carry our music around with us and listen on high quality headphones, and we could communicate with people we didnt know with CB radio. We could also communicate with people on the other side of the planet using little red boxes that were on most street corners, And most of all we could still watch shite on the tv.

I loved the ads of the 1980s - so much so I entered the Industry in 1989, and set up an Agency in 1992 (regrettably the recession of 2012, I closed it). ☹️ The industry changed so much over those years.

Help me out!! anyone remember this ad, from early to mid 80s?: the ad was split into 3 sections to fool you into thinking it was 3 different random adverts for 3 different things, but in fact it was all for the same product (can't remember what)... the link between all 3 ads was a guy was being persued by another guy, and every time the persuing guy was seen, the ennio morricone "ooweeowweooo" theme from The Good The Bad & The Ugly would quickly play... (my only other memory is that one of the 3 pretend ads was in a supermarket and looked like it was for washing powder or something (but it wasn't). VERY random I know, but this has been bugging me for years
