Every rapper who trying to make attention to himself, always says I am better than PAC. No one ever says I am better than biggie, Nas, Jayz. Because they know Pac is the supreme reference that makes people talk and curious even 25 years after his death. If you go to my village in Nigeria, everyone knows about 2Pac. Even my grand mum who lives in a hut and got 1923 radio, knows PAC by listening to "Dear Mama". Pac is universally the best ever.

I remember back in the day people would go at it over who was better, Pac or Biggie. To me there was never a doubt. Biggie could flow And if the two were toe to toe in freestyle battle he'd win. He may of been one of the greatest freestyle rappers of all time. Pac was the better MC and lyricist, and might of been the greatest rap performer I've ever had the honor of seeing live. The amount of incredible material he wrote puts him at the levels of folks we easily regard as legends today. Prince, Amy Winehouse, Lennon, James Brown (to name but a few) all had written so much music and songs that were never released or pimped out, that even after their death new music and albums were hitting the charts. Pac was the same and that speaks to his true artistry. The man knew how to write in a way that made everyone, black, white, dude or chick, young or old, feel the meaning in words. He could make it so everyone was able to relate on some level. Combine that with an intensity in the way he delivered bars and verse and yeah... There's been very few that could even come close to his game. Watching him on stage spit the last verse of "Pain" from above rim sndtrk was one of the most incredible music experiences of my life. No lie, it had me so wild up that I felt invincible. You could of had me solo with an army marching down and I'd of been fearless. Knowing it was my end was accepted... Taking as many with me so they'd never recover, would be price for their shenanigans. Lol. It sounds funny but it was one of the sacred tracks I'd listen to prior to football game or before getting into a scrap. The intensity was real and palpable that it transferred through the beat to the listener. That's a gift I don't see almost any current artist be able to do.

@@SemiDivineOne Well said man, I could never articulate or describe exactly the way Tupac's music makes me feel but you nailed it right on the head. The way "Pain" hit it for you, this one Bury me a G was definitely for me, I was so poor just me and my mom and this track would just motivate the f out of me, and finally made something of my self. Tupac's music is transcendental & timeless. He truly has a song for each and every human emotion. What a legendary human.
