Haitian Jack set Tupac up with girl who accused him of rape. The girl remained friends with Haitian Jack even though they were all in the same room. When Tupac’s lawyer looked into Jacks criminal history; they noticed Jack had committed numerous crimes and never served 1 day in jail. Therefore Jack and Pac were on the same case when Jack had his trial separated from Pac’s. Hence the phrase: “Knew he was working for the Feds / Same crime different trials nigga picture what he said.’” - Makaveli Against All Odds

That's the thing that confused and frustrated me about Tupac. He was a smart man with rich history of teacher's, leader's, and elders. Yet somehow he still found himself in unnecessary situations. He knew Tyson, he knew Mike's story and how he was setup for prison. Tyson warned him about Street Trash Haitian Jack, who was allegedly a C.I.A Agent. Tupac was achieving great heights, and Fame in his life, so why start dealing with lowlife street dude's like Jack, and Jimmy Henchmen. Why would Madonna who was a Mega Star be dating a supposed Gutter Rat Gangster like Haitian Jack? Makes no Sense at all. Who is this Jack Guy and Madonna Really?

@tae jones he probably meant he never spent time in jail for other known crimes he was known to have committed Like T.I for instance, he might have done time before the gun bust but he didn’t do time for that crime when he had overwhelming evidence against him and if he was found to have committed other crimes and he still didn’t do time then in the streets you would have to assume he is a government informant, paperwork or no paperwork. Nothing trumps common sense, and not all informants will have paperwork out there, some are in deep cover while “acting” gangsters in the streets and they ain’t supposed to have paperwork that could blow their cover. So yeah, in some cases you’re going to have to do your own deduction and let common sense be your judge and jury.

I also like that u don't ask a bunch of questions and laugh like some people. You are really professional and to the point. Im not a fan of that gangsta music but I had to listen to it as a kid and I find those entertainers interesting in there personal lives during there time at death row. Truthfully, if Pac had lived, the mystique and power that he had in his young life would have largely dissipated. He would have acted in more movies and probably would have scaled back on rapping, which was his goal. He wouldn't have seemed 'cutting edge' anymore----younger guys would have taken that role on. The young 2pac who was cut down in the prime of life is who fascinates people. An older, wiser, settled Pac just wouldn't have been as interesting or compelling. I respect Delray, but if you want to know about Quad listen to the Infominds interview with Zayd (one of the men with 2pac that night) and read his comments on that video. Jack and Jimmy were working together. Jack wanted it done and used Jimmy to lure him to Quad. Why do you think Jack got a call right after it happened. It doesn’t make sense the shooter would call him immediately afterwards if he wasn’t a part of it. Jack and Jimmy were close. Also listen to the Duane Nettlesbey interview with Jmix. A lot of first hand info on pre Quad tension between Pac and Jack. Finally, read the original Makaveli liner notes in Pac’s hand writing. He writes “I dedicate this to Jack “the snitch” Agnat for ordering the hit” I would take anything Jack says with a giant grain of salt. He hates Pac for putting the snitch jacket on him. And why would he admit to being part of the Quad set up. Dexter only snitched on Jimmy because they fell out.

I don’t trust Haitian Jack or anything that he says. A mobster also called Jack a snitch (and talked about Jack sleeping on his couch), and 2pac’s cousin who was in jail with Jack when they were teenagers, Tyson, and even Biggie, tried to warn 2pac about hanging with Jack, saying that he was not to be trusted. I also get the impression from listening to Brian Glaze Gibbs, a hitman and enforcer for some serious crews at that time who knew Jack personally, that Jack was living that life but that he’s inflating his gangsta to a certain extent, that he didn’t actually have that kind of juice among actual criminal cats. And having your trial separated and your charges dropped is mighty suspicious. It doesn’t necessarily indicate that someone’s a snitch, but it’s one of the things that’s known to happen when someone’s a snitch. It’s also suspicious that Jack did all these crimes and never did any major time. Given everything I know about Jack, I don’t trust anything that he says.

Tupac’s life is very tragic when you listen to all sides of his story. Seems like he was a good kid that had a good yet rough up bringing that made him very multi dimensional and that allowed him to blend in with any crowd but he had a big heart for troubled souls and went about it the wrong way. I feel like pac felt lost inside and what I mean by that is he had a mindset of being a leader and righteous and had a lot of people around him that took advantage of him and played him and it made him extremely torn and paranoid.. I heard in interviews where his friends said people from Cali used to clown Tupac because of the way he dressed because he was from New York and stuff.. For example, the guys that got him locked up for raping that girl, when he got shot at quad studios… he felt betrayed time and time again. He said in an interview something along the lines of , he got shot by black people even though he was raised and believed in black unity and righteousness. After that rape thing, when suge saw him vulnerable and bailed him out and signed him to death row he basically led Tupac down an even darker path and perhaps suge did genuinely grow to love pac and wanted to see pac win but it’s obvious his first interest was getting paid from helping Tupac out and when he got him out and they were working together it just wasn’t a good mix.. all that pent up anger and pain and now he had suge there who was a real gangster to back him up and tupac just went full blown thug/gangster… unfortunately Tupac’s heart just wasn’t built for that lifestyle and was looking for genuine love from the wrong people.. Although suge didn’t do him wrong (as far as we know) Tupac being loyal like he was to the 10th power jumped into some gang beef he had no business in by riding for his friends and it backfired and got him killed. Tupac wasn’t walking the path built for him because he lacked discernment.. he didn’t judge anyone which is a great trait but it can be necessary to judge and listen to that little voice in your head sometimes.. Tupac was way more intelligent and creative and talented than almost ALL of those people he hung around. He thought they truly loved him the way he loved them but they didn’t. They just loved the money and attention he brought with him. Tupac wasn’t built for the streets but he refused to let go of the streets and embrace his true self.

I somewhat agree with you but Tupac’s story isn’t any different from any of the other rappers(esp in the 90’s).it seems to me being in the rap business you were somehow exposed to street business.it’s like it was inevitable. Here you are rappin n preaching black liberation, grew up in the ghetto, some of these street elements will find you (remember this is the 90’s).the people you are fighting for want to be around you, with that comes the good and the bad.here’s why Tupac to me is the best of us,he saw a black man being terrorized by two white dudes and he goes to the man’s aid, shoots at the white dudes not knowing they were off duty police. I look at gangs n the evil that they’ve brought our communities. I think about how we are quick to kill another one of ours but we let zimmerman live.gangs will kill other gang members but cower to police.Tupac fought for us n the same people he fought for killed him.God bless

It's well documented that Suge told Pac to call Dre gay.

Pac life was moving too fast. I wish someone who had his best interest at heart pulled him to the side and forced him to slow down. Both moving to L.A. and connecting with Suge was the worst possible scenario for PAC. My main problem with Pac was when he blamed Biggie for the quad shooting and contributed to east vs west controversy when he knew Biggie had nothing to do with it. Biggie didn't roll or deal with Jimmy Henchmen of Haitian Jack who were both stone cold killers..

Nobody can hold Pac down, he knew where he was going and he chose to burnout than fadeaway.

I've read somewhere, that HJ and Jimmy Henchman we're trying to become 'Pac's managers and get him to sign with Bad Boy, he refused and that's why they've set him up...

Haitian Jack was respected as a real gangster Tupac was just a rapper and actor two different lifestyles. People listen to 2pac music and actually think he was a gangster when he wasn't.
