Outlwaz weren't just some random guys that Pac put together, he was doing songs with them since 1993. Back then they were called Dramacydal. Kastro was Tupac's cousin, and Yaki Kadafi (Rest in Peace) was Tupac's Godbrother and his and Pac's Mother were very close friends, and both were members of the Black Panthers Party. Kadafi's father is Sekou Odinga, who was a member of The Bronx chapter if the Black Panther Party and a member of The Black Liberation Army.

Brother you are right this was just a demo that they added to a Gang related soundtrack after Pac passed. They even went as far to put 2 songs of a rapper known to bite 2Pac flows and lyrics he is called Tha Realest aka Tenkamenin, they put him on the same soundtrack with this Pac demo and people were thinking the biter is 2pac alive under new name. Fuck Suge Knight for that bro he ruined 2Pac's legacy, 2pac has the worst handled legacy in the history of music.
